Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo, and it’s one of the best ways to dive fully into the experience. You’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive community where connections form quickly — so you’ll never feel alone (unless you choose to enjoy some quiet “me time”).

Our retreats typically run between 4 to 7 days — the sweet spot for truly switching off, dropping in, and immersing yourself in the experience. A few days just isn’t enough… you’ll want that extra time to recharge, reconnect, and rise renewed!

Travel to the retreat isn’t included, but don’t worry — we can help arrange transfers from local airports to make it easy. Once you arrive, everything’s taken care of: your food, accommodation, and the full retreat experience are all included (unless we’ve said otherwise).
