She has travelled to 70 Countries and is an NLP and Sound Healing Practitioner.

Smita transitioned from the fast-paced world of investment banking, into holistic health to follow a deeper calling — one rooted in compassion, inner wisdom, and true healing.

She was blessed to find her path early in life and has since dedicated herself to sharing the transformative power of Yoga and natural medicine with others.

She is a passionate and highly experienced guide in holistic wellbeing, with over 20 years of practice in the healing arts.
